Basic Profile Setup


Once logged into the Centiva CRM application, you will be directed to the dashboard. In the left menu, navigate to the "My Profile" page of the company by clicking on "Settings".

    1. Verification and Update of Profile Information

      1. Personal Data 

        Verify your personal data information and update as necessary. This is also where you can configure the platform language.

      2. Email Signature Configuration 

        This is where you can copy/paste your digital signature. Remember to activate the option "Enable signature on all outgoing messages" and check the box "Include this signature before quoted text in replies".

      4. Updating Availability Hours 
        Effective management of your availability hours is crucial. This ensures that your clients and prospects can reach you at their convenience, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and potentially improving conversion rates.

      6. Downloading the Mobile Application 
        Click on the Apple App Store or Google Play download link.
        The application will download and install automatically on your device. You can then log in using your CRM credentials.
