Step 1: Access the Contacts Section
Once logged into the Centiva CRM application, you will be directed to the dashboard. In the left-hand menu, navigate to the contacts page by clicking on "Contacts".
Step 2: Select Contacts to Export
- Filtering Contacts: Use the available filtering options to select the contacts you wish to export. For example, you can filter by opportunity and pipeline, by tags, etc.
- Multiple Selection: Check the boxes next to the contacts you want to export. You can choose to export all contacts or a specific selection.

⚠️ Customization of Columns to Export: Before confirming the export, make sure to select the columns you want to include in the exported file (e.g., additional emails, phone numbers, and any other custom fields).
Step 3: Proceed with Export
On the contacts management page, click on the "Export Contacts" icon.
- Export Format: All exported files will be in .csv format.
- Confirmation of Export: Once the format is selected, confirm your choice to start the export process.
Step 4: Download the Exported File
- Wait for Processing: Centiva CRM will process your export request. The time required depends on the amount of data to be exported.
- Download the File: Once processing is complete, a download link will be displayed. Click on it to download the file to your computer.
Step 5: Verify Exported Data
- Open the File: After downloading, open the exported file using the appropriate application (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Verify Information: Ensure that all exported information is complete and accurate.
By following these steps, you should be able to effectively manage the export of your contacts from Centiva CRM and use this data strategically for your business or organizational needs.
For the free version, exports must be done through Centiva (with a fee of $250) or your agency.
