Why enable private mode?
Private mode is particularly useful for maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and preventing details from being shared or accessed by other team members. By enabling this mode, you can ensure that your information remains protected and only authorized individuals can view it.
Step 1: Access the calendar section
To start, log in to your Centiva CRM and go to the "Calendar" section.
Step 2: Access calendar settings
In the Calendar section, click on the "Calendar settings" tab. Then, click on "Connection" to access your third-party calendar connection settings.
Step 3: Enable Private Mode
"Private mode for synchronized events": You will find the option to enable private mode for synchronized events. Check this option to hide the details of your events.
Then, click "Save" to apply the changes.
Step 4: Enable Private Mode from the My Profile Page (Optional)
You can also enable private mode from the "My Profile" page. To do this:
- Go to the "My Profile" page.
- Scroll down to find the same section for calendar settings.
- Enable private mode for synchronized events and click "Save."
And that’s it! You have now enabled private mode for your calendar in Centiva CRM, ensuring the confidentiality of your sensitive information.
