Step 1: Access the Opportunities Section
To begin, log in to your Centiva CRM and navigate to the "Opportunities" section.
Step 2: Open the Pipeline Tab
Once in the Opportunities section, click on the "Pipeline" tab. Here, you'll see a list of all the pre-configured pipelines.
Step 3: Edit a Pipeline
To edit an existing pipeline, follow these steps:
- Add Stages: If you want to add new stages to your pipeline, click on the "Add Stage" option.
- Delete Stages: To remove a stage, click on the "trash" icon next to the stage you wish to delete.
- Rearrange Stages: You can also rearrange the position of the stages in the pipeline by dragging them to the desired location.
Step 4: Save Changes
Once you’ve made all the necessary changes, click "Save" to apply your modifications.
And that's it! You have now successfully edited your pipeline in your Centiva CRM, enabling you to better manage and track your sales opportunities.
