Here’s our practical guide for creating a new pipeline and effectively managing and tracking your sales opportunities.
Step 1: Access the Opportunities Section
To begin, log in to your Centiva CRM and navigate to the "Opportunities" section.
Step 2: Go to the Pipeline Tab
In the Opportunities section, click on the "Pipeline" tab. Here, you'll see a list of existing pipelines. To create a new one, click the "Create New Pipeline" button.
Step 3: Configure the New Pipeline
- Pipeline Name: Enter the name of your pipeline.
- Add Stages: Add all the necessary stages to reflect the different phases of your sales or lead management process. You can add as many stages as needed, rearrange them, or delete them based on your preferences.
Step 4: Pipeline Visualization
The stages you create will be visible in funnel and pie charts available in the reports, allowing you to easily track the progress of your opportunities.
Step 5: Save the Pipeline
Once you've configured your pipeline with the desired stages, click "Save." Your new pipeline will be added to the list of existing pipelines.
Step 6: Use and Manage the Pipeline
To use your new pipeline, return to the "Opportunities" section and select the pipeline you just created. You will be able to view and manage the different stages of your opportunities.
If you wish to edit the pipeline at any time, you can click on the edit field or delete it if needed.
And that’s it! You’ve created a new pipeline in your Centiva CRM, helping you better manage and track your sales opportunities.
