Step 1: Access the Calendar Section
Once logged into the Centiva CRM application, you will be directed to the dashboard. From the left menu, navigate to the calendars page by clicking on "Calendars."
Step 2: Select the Date or Time to Block
On the calendars page, at the top right, click on the "+ New" icon and then select the "Block Time" tab.
Step 3: Fill in Event Details
- User/Calendar: Specify the person initiating the event.
- Event Title: Enter a title for your event. Specify the reason for the block (e.g., "Out of office," "Personal appointment," etc.).
- Date and Time: Select the specific date and time you wish to block.
Step 4: Save the Event
Once all details are entered, click the "Block Time" button.
Step 5: Verify and Manage Blocked Times

Verify Information: After saving the event, return to your calendar to confirm that specific days or hours are now blocked.
