How to add an opportunity?

Find our practical guide to add an opportunity in a few simple steps.

Step 1: Access the Opportunities section 

Once logged into the Centiva CRM application, you will be directed to the dashboard. In the left-hand menu, navigate to the Opportunities page by clicking on "Opportunities".

Step 2: Create a new opportunity 

On the Opportunities page, at the top right, click on the "+ Opportunity" icon to begin creating a new opportunity.

Step 3: Fill in the opportunity details 

A new window will appear where you can enter the opportunity information, including:

  1. Contact information linked to the opportunity
  2. Opportunity name
  3. Pipeline
  4. Pipeline stage
  5. Pipeline status
  6. Opportunity value: enter the commission amount
  7. Opportunity owner
  8. Opportunity follower(s): essential for collaborative and transparent project and sales management
  9. Opportunity source

Step 4: Save the opportunity 

After filling out the necessary fields, click the "Create" button.

Step 5: Manage and track the opportunity 

Use the various tools in Centiva CRM to track the opportunity's progress, update information as needed, and plan future actions.

You can also create an opportunity from the client card under the "Opportunities" section on the "Contacts" page, and from the "Opportunities" tab on the "Conversations" page.
